The Services are currently operated by the founding team of Palis.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

1. Basic Use of the Services

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to interfere with their operation, or harm other users.

2. User Content

You keep ownership of any photos, videos, or other content you create or upload.

By using the Services, you give us permission to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services (e.g., recording, processing, verification features).

We do not claim ownership of your content.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” while we continue to develop them.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free service,
• accuracy of any outputs, or
• that the Services meet your specific needs.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the founding team of Palis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

If any liability is found, it will be limited to the amount you paid us (if anything) in the last 12 months.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our simple Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
